The members of the Microsoft Certified Solution Provider program are individual companies working with Microsoft that range from custom application developers and system integrators to business consultants. Each Microsoft Certified Solution Provider has demonstrated expertise with Microsoft products on the Windows platform. MCSPs maintain close relationships with Microsoft and have access to advanced technical training, direct technical updates and releases, and a variety of technical support options on Microsoft products and tools.
