Christopher Kondrat
Director
Christopher Kondrat has ten years of healthcare experience encompassing both clinical roles and information technology consulting. With a strong foundation in computer system implementation, management and support, Mr. Kondrat has a proven ability to provide both project management and hands-on support to his clients. Experienced in the hospital environment from direct patient care to management, he is highly versed in all phases of the MEDITECH suite of products.
Mr. Kondrat’s global experience in the healthcare information systems industry includes former employment with an HCIS vendor, IT management in a multi-facility environment and clinical consulting. He currently serves as a Director for Beacon Partners.
In a recent consulting engagement Mr. Kondrat conducted a Data Center consolidation assessment among three separate MEDITECH hospitals. This engagement included a formal business impact analysis, HIS organizational and staffing recommendations, a cost benefit analysis and general consolidation guidelines and strategies.
In addition to his extensive MEDITECH experience, Mr. Kondrat has experience with implementation of multiple clinical systems and provision of numerous hands-on analyses of various clinical modules from vendor and client perspectives. He also provides high-level strategic planning, with an emphasis on and understanding of short and long-term business impacts.

Ron Brown
Business Development Executive
Ron Brown is a resourceful senior marketing and sales executive in the technology and service industries with 30 years of management and consulting experience. Exceling at strategic planning, opportunity identification, launching new and innovative products and services, for the past 18 years Mr. Brown has led the development of several solution providers in Canadian healthcare.
He spent the first 23 years of his career in senior leadership roles with GE, with ten of those years in GE Healthcare. Mr. Brown was moved to GE Healthcare because of his expertise in GE change management processes and his knowledge of the information technology industry. While there he successfully leveraged GE leadership practices, including Six Sigma, to launch a Canadian healthcare consulting service that became an industry leader in hospital-based performance improvement solutions, delivering those solutions in premier health providers across Canada. Under his leadership, each member of GE Healthcare’s performance solutions team, including Mr. Brown, was expected to obtain and maintain their Black Belt designation in Six Sigma. This group became expert in the application of GE’s change management toolkit, which included the GE change acceleration process and GE workout.
Upon leaving GE Mr. Brown spent five years as an operating partner in AdapCS Canada, a Canadian-based healthcare technology start-up, offering expertise in clinical informatics and patient access. Mr. Brown was then recruited lead the development of Beacon Partners’ Canadian healthcare solutions business. With Beacon Partners he continues to expand his knowledge of change leadership and methodologies, such as Six Sigma, and apply his expertise to the Canadian healthcare market.

Her accomplished career as a patient-centered registered nurse and dedication to leading hospitals through the clinical transformation process enables improvement of healthcare delivery through the effective integration of people, processes and technologies.
Continually expanding her vision within the ever-changing healthcare industry, Ms. Willhoeft’s drive for new knowledge produces efficient processes and quality outcomes. She identifies approaches for creating integrated networks to support the healthcare continuum and effectively applies informatics and clinical solutions that extend care delivery and patient safety. Ms. Willhoeft’s experience with healthcare, online documentation systems and electronic health records supports integrated solutions for complex healthcare technology needs.
